Major Auction Event Features Over $7 Million in Solar Assets and Service Vehicles

CA Global Partners, in collaboration with Onyx Asset Advisors, has launched a series of seven online auctions designed to liquidate an extensive amount of assets from the solar installation firm, Purelight Power. This auction initiative arises from an order by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington, marking a significant opportunity for buyers in the solar and service sectors.

Overview of the Auction

The online auction series will unfold over several weeks, commencing on March 25 and running through April 22. During this timeframe, bidders will have the chance to acquire a huge inventory exceeding $7 million, which includes both solar assets and service fleet vehicles. The auctions will occur at various locations in the United States, specifically in Oregon, Washington, Iowa, Kentucky, and Montana.

Participants will be able to bid on a broad range of items, including:
  • - Solar Equipment: This features solar panels, power walls, energy storage systems, electrical components, racking systems, generators, EV chargers, inverters, and microinverters from renowned brands such as SolarEdge, Tesla, Silfab, ZNShine, Unirac, Pegasus, and Iron Ridge.
  • - Service Fleet Vehicles: A large collection of over 150 vehicles will be available for bidding, many of which are relatively new, from renowned manufacturers such as Ford, Chevrolet, and Dodge. Notable vehicles include the Ford F-150, F-250, and F-350 models, Ram ProMaster vans, and Isuzu NPR box trucks. Fleet assets are vital for operations in the automotive and construction sectors, making these offerings particularly attractive to potential buyers.
  • - Warehouse Equipment: The auctions will also feature an array of warehouse tools and equipment, from forklifts and trenchers to pallet racking and ladders. These assets are essential for ensuring that businesses can meet operational demands efficiently.
  • - Office Assets: Various office furniture items and electronics will be sold, providing additional value to bidders looking to furnish or upgrade their operations.

Benefits of the Auction

Peter Wyke, President of CA Global Partners, emphasizes the exceptional opportunity that these auctions present for contractors and buyers within the solar and electrical sectors.
