Bruce Wichland Joins Needham Bank as Vice President

In this pivotal role, Bruce will report directly to Thomas Bickford, the Vice President and Sales Team Leader for Cash Management. His primary responsibilities include driving commercial deposit growth and actively managing a dynamic sales pipeline filled with both existing clients and potential prospects.

Bruce is no stranger to the banking industry, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record in sales and cash management solutions. Before joining Needham Bank, he held the position of Vice President and Cash Management Relationship Manager at Northern Bank & Trust. During his tenure there, Bruce effectively executed various strategies that led to significant new business acquisition and the expansion of the bank's business deposit portfolio. His diverse experience at Northern Bank also includes previous roles as Assistant Vice President and Community Relationship Manager, Assistant Vice President and Associate Relationship Manager, and Cash Management Specialist.
