Ultraman Omega Illustration Contest - Craft Your Own "Friend Monster"!

Overview

Starting July 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the highly anticipated "Ultraman Omega Illustration Contest" kicks off. To celebrate the premiere of "Ultraman Omega" on the TV Tokyo network on July 5, 2025, Bandai and Tsuburaya Productions have teamed up to invite children across Japan to participate in this exciting contest. Under the theme of "Buddy Story," participants will create original monster illustrations—known as "Friend Monsters"—that will help Ultraman Omega protect their town.

Contest Details

This illustration contest is open to children residing in Japan, and aims to spread creativity while bringing excitement around the new Ultraman series. Participants are encouraged to think outside the box and invent characters that can join Ultraman Omega in his adventures. The final artworks will be displayed at the "Ultraman Heroes Expo 2025 Summer Festival" events planned for Tokyo and Osaka. Exceptional submissions will also be honored with fabulous prizes!

Application Process

1. Register on the Wonder School site: To participate, registration is necessary to ensure safety and security. Make sure to create a Bandai Namco ID (BNiD) as it is required for entering the contest and receiving prizes.
2. Create Your Artwork: Draw your "Friend Monster" on the application form available for download on the contest's special page or simply on a blank sheet of paper.
3. Submit Your Drawing: Once your masterpiece is ready, take a photo of it and upload it through the link provided on the contest's special webpage.

Submission Timeline

The submission period runs from July 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM to September 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM. We look forward to receiving creative entries from all eager participants!

Prizes Awaiting Winners

- Tsuburaya Prize (2 winners): Winners will receive an invitation to the exclusive "Ultraman Omega Event" where they can meet Ultraman!
- Bandai Prize (2 winners): A special signed DX Omega Slugger awaits two lucky artists.

Judging and Announcement

The results will be announced in late October 2025 on the Wonder School contest page, enabling all to see the wonderful artworks submitted during this period.
