Exciting Biking Experiences Await at the Ariake Vehicle Garden Event in Tokyo!

Join the Excitement at Ariake Vehicle Garden!

On March 14, 2026, Charichari Inc., based in Fukuoka, will be part of an engaging event at the Ariake Vehicle Garden, hosted by the Clara Group, in collaboration with the Tokyo United Basketball Club, wimo, and Baichari. This event will take place at Suginami Real Estate's Shopping City in Koto, Tokyo, as part of the popular "Tokyo Kids Festival."

The significance of this event rises with the introduction of the Traffic Violation Penalty System (Blue Ticket System) for bicycles, effective from April 1, 2026. As awareness of bicycle traffic rules surges, the Clara Group companies aim to foster a safe and enjoyable moving experience by launching hands-on programs to educate the local community on transportation safety.

The Clara Group operates under the mission, "Building the Roads of Tomorrow," engaging in a diverse array of businesses, including digital transformation (DX) support and mobility services such as shared bicycles. The event will bring together four key companies with extensive know-how in bicycle, mobility, and community aspects, including Charichari, wimo, Baichari, and the Tokyo United Basketball Club.

The interaction with the community aligns with expanding Charichari’s service area into Koto Ward. Enhancing convenience is only one aspect; creating a safe environment for using shared bikes is vital for long-term service sustainability. Bicycles, a common mode of transport for everyone from children to adults, will now be at the forefront of reinforcing traffic rules and safety, marking a pivotal shift in user behavior.

Education on traffic safety for children and adults alike is becoming increasingly essential, with a strong demand for cultivating habits that protect oneself and loved ones within our communities. This event will not only deepen participants' understanding of appropriate traffic rules in collaboration with the Bay Area Police, but it will also offer a variety of interactive programs leveraging the expertise from the respective companies.
