Originally launched in March of this year, the SFA GenAI Option began with a feature that summarized deal histories for each customer. With the latest enhancement, users can now utilize an innovative assistant for data aggregation through a conversational interface. This
Aggregation Assistant enables users to generate cross-tabulation tables based on the registered data in Sales Force Assistant by simply providing prompts in natural language.
Cross-tabulation is a method for aggregating data by combining multiple variables. By leveraging the accumulated data in the SFA, users can analyze metrics like "case creation amount by customer rank and industry" or "activity counts by sales representative and month." This function not only simplifies the data analysis process but also allows users to construct tailored cross-tabulation tables effortlessly.
For instance, a user can inquire about the number of customers by corporate size in different regions simply by typing in their request. The generative AI will automatically analyze the relevant numbers and filtering conditions, generating the necessary cross-tabulation table.
Additionally, if users wish to modify the generated aggregation table, they can provide corrections or answer questions to finalize the table to meet their specific requirements. This functionality empowers users to create detailed cross-tabulation tables with ease, even if they’re not familiar with the SFA data points or don't have a clear picture of the completed aggregation table.
