The Achievements of Thomas Napier



Thomas Napier joined the BlackArch team as an Associate back in 2018. With over ten years of experience in the field, he has established himself as a vital player in advising middle-market clients on mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategic advisory projects. Within BlackArch, he has taken on a leadership role within various industry groups including Industrial Products, Energy & Industrial Services, Aerospace & Defense, and Business Services. His expertise extends to safety and security products and services.

Before his tenure at BlackArch, Napier initiated his investment banking career within the Financial Institutions Investment Banking group at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW), which is a part of Stifel. In this position, he advised depository institutions on M&A transactions and capital market strategies. Beyond finance, Napier served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Infantry Fireteam Leader, where he led teams during combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Science in Finance from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.

Promotions of William Ball and Logan Brack



Alongside Napier, William Ball and Logan Brack have also been recognized for their growth and contributions to BlackArch. William Ball came on board as an Associate in 2022 and has brought more than seven years of experience to the firm. His expertise encompasses advising and executing mergers and acquisitions across various industries, notably within Aerospace & Defense, Building Products & Infrastructure, and Energy & Industrial Services. Before joining BlackArch, he worked in the Capital Markets group at Regions Bank, focusing on leveraged finance and M&A transactions. William graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, supplemented by a minor in Entrepreneurship.

Logan Brack also joined BlackArch as an Associate in 2022. His experience spans multiple industry groups including Business Services and Energy & Industrial Services. Prior to his time at BlackArch, Brack served as a Senior Associate in the Turnaround and Restructuring group at Ankura Consulting. His work included providing operational and strategic advisory services to distressed companies and their stakeholders. He began his career at Deloitte and holds a CPA license in New York State. Brack earned his Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
