This awards ceremony honors the most influential executives who are driving innovation, leadership, and resilience within global supply chains. The overarching theme of this year's edition, 'Pushing Excellence, Inspiring the Future', is symbolized by the idea of a lighthouse—steadfast and guiding, even amidst turbulent times. The selected top 30 winners embody this beacon of hope, navigating storms and illuminating pathways for the next generation of leaders in supply chain management.

To qualify for these prestigious awards, nominees were required to meet strict criteria, including:

• - Serving in a regional or global role for a minimum of 18 consecutive months,
• - Holding end-to-end supply chain responsibilities in a manufacturing organization with annual revenues exceeding $500 million.

Candidates were encouraged to submit comprehensive case studies that demonstrated their leadership styles, achievements in digital transformation, and strategies for team development. The evaluation of these submissions played a crucial role, accounting for 75% of the final score attributed by a jury of esteemed experts in the supply chain industry. The remaining 25% of the score stemmed from peer voting by over 2,000 C-level executives, leading to a fair and representative outcome.

The jury featured notable figures, including:

• - Mourad Tamoud, CSCO of Schneider Electric and winner of the 2023–2024 Award.
• - Michael Corbo, former CSCO of Colgate-Palmolive.
• - Cheryl Capps, former CSCO of Corning.
• - Knut Alicke, former partner at McKinsey & Company, among others.
