Eventus Strengthens Its Leadership Team

Eventus, a prominent player in the realm of financial risk solutions and trade surveillance, is making significant strides in its organizational strategy. On June 2, 2026, the company unveiled the appointment of Eric Litz as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Sarah-Jane McColl as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). This move is designed to bolster the company's commitment to client satisfaction while navigating the evolving landscape of technology in the financial sector.

Both Litz and McColl will report directly to Cameron Routh, the company's CEO. With over 15 years of extensive experience in technology strategy and SaaS solutions optimization within financial services, Litz brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role. McColl, on the other hand, boasts over two decades of experience in fintech leadership and operations. She has collaborated with Eventus as a consultant since 2025, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer on the rollout of their latest platform, featuring the groundbreaking Frank AI for compliance surveillance.

Routh expressed his enthusiasm regarding the new additions to the leadership team. He stated, "Eric and SJ’s proven expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client experience, which remains a fundamental principle at Eventus. Eric's strong history of innovation has consistently resulted in on-time delivery, while SJ's relentless pursuit of project excellence makes her an ideal candidate to lead customer success."

Before joining Eventus, Eric Litz served as the President of Copperhead Technology Group, a consultancy specializing in data-driven IT modernization. She was recognized in 2021 with the Excellence in Fintech Award from Markets Media's U.S. Women in Finance Awards. McColl’s earlier career at Goldman Sachs spanned 15 years, during which she built platforms and technologies that spurred strategic initiatives across global development teams in their asset management division.
