Wysong’s journey in the pharmacy sector spans over three decades, where he has demonstrated steadfast leadership focused on logistics and support for independent pharmacies. Under his stewardship, CARE Pharmacies has transformed into a robust network comprising more than 200 outlets across the United States, generating nearly $2 billion in annual revenue. His leadership has garnered recognition, with CARE being celebrated multiple times as a 'Hot 100' retailer by the National Retail Federation and receiving the esteemed title of Regional Drug Chain of the Year in 2021.

Wysong emphasizes the importance of aiding local pharmacies in maintaining their competitive edge while ensuring that the personal connections and community care at the core of neighborhood pharmacies are upheld. His prior experience includes high-ranking positions in prominent healthcare organizations, such as Baxter Healthcare, Allegiance Healthcare, Cardinal Health, and AmerisourceBergen, where he played key roles in retail sales strategies.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Wysong has been actively involved in mentoring future leaders in the pharmaceutical industry. He has chaired the Board of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) and has been instrumental in collaborative efforts such as The Buyers Alliance and Round Table Sourcing.
