A Seasoned Professional with Diverse Experience
Cori Mooberry's career trajectory has seen her in pivotal roles across notable organizations including LifeSecure, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, and most recently, CareScout (a Genworth company). Throughout her career, she has successfully driven sales growth in various lines of worksite and employer-sponsored benefit programs, establishing herself as a force within independent distributor networks of all sizes.
Her journey in the insurance industry began when she became a licensed insurance agent in 2006, subsequently climbing the ranks to managerial positions. Most recently, she served as the Director and Worksite Channel Leader at CareScout, where her leadership skills helped streamline operations and enhance the growth of the worksite channel.
Returning to Her Roots
Mooberry's return to Assurity marks a full-circle moment in her career. She originally started her professional journey at Assurity nearly 17 years ago, where she gained valuable insights working first in the underwriting call center and then in sales. This familiarity with the company culture uniquely positions her to lead, as emphasized by Susie Keisler-Munro, Assurity's President and CEO.

Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Leadership from the same institution.
