The city of Ikebukuro, renowned as an anime mecca, will soon celebrate the Hareza Day 6th Anniversary Summer Festival 2026. Organized by the Hareza Ikebukuro Area Management, represented by Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. and Sankei Building Co., Ltd., this festival promises to be a remarkable celebration from July 31 to August 2, 2026.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Naka-Ikebukuro Park, the festival will feature the Hare stage, a platform dedicated to showcasing the best of music and anime across different genres. This year's lineup includes special events celebrating the popular anime My Hero Academia as well as stage greetings from the upcoming play Kingdom II – Succession. The event opens on July 31 at 3:00 PM and runs until 7:30 PM, followed by August 1 from 2:30 PM to 7:15 PM, and finally on August 2 from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Entry is free, although access might be limited based on crowd conditions.
