The store, which opened on March 21, 2025, aims to be a bridge connecting Japan's specialty coffee scene to the world and vice versa, all while promoting a new standard for coffee enthusiasts. This anniversary celebration is intended to express gratitude to loyal customers and invite new guests to experience the finest brews that PHILOCOFFEA has to offer.

1. Exclusive Signature Coffee: 595 Bolivia TOMODACHI

In collaboration with local farms and Taiwanese exporter Tri-Up Coffee, the PHILOCOFFEA team launches the TOMODACHI series. Participants can sample this exclusive Geisha variety from the renowned Alashitas farm, created through a meticulous double anaerobic honey process that emphasizes the unique flavors of the coffee cherries.

2. Limited Edition TOKYO BLEND

The 011 TOKYO BLEND 2602 captures the vibrant essence of Tokyo, reflecting its ever-evolving character. This store-exclusive blend will be meticulously crafted throughout the year, ensuring a unique taste experience.

3. World Siphonist Champion Guest Event

Join Chan Yin Yu, champion of the World Siphonist Championship 2025, as he serves coffee using siphon brewing methods on March 18 and 19 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Enjoy a special tasting of different coffee brewing methods.

4. Tasting Set

Discover various coffee nuances with our tasting set featuring a half-cup size of multiple coffees, allowing you to experience the different flavors based on origin and roasting approaches.

Introducing the new gluten-free rice flour canelé, financiers, and scones, which pair perfectly with our coffees.
