Enloe’s earlier career highlights include nearly 15 years at Introgen Therapeutics, where he contributed significantly to the company’s growth and success, eventually serving as President and CEO. He founded Vivante GMP Solutions, a specialized contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) for gene therapies centered around viral vector manufacturing. After this entity was acquired by Lonza, Enloe continued to lead the business, which became known as Lonza's Cell and Gene Therapy Business Unit.
His profound expertise extends to transforming and scaling CDMO operations. In his previous role as President and CEO at Societal CDMO, Enloe successfully repositioned the company, enhancing its operational, commercial, and organizational capabilities to fuel long-term growth. Similarly, during his tenure at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, he led the integration of four manufacturing organizations into a cohesive global CDMO, serving a diverse range of biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients.
