New Grand Menu Featuring Grilled Meat Dishes

The introduction of the new set meals brings an enticing combination of flavors. Customers can try the "Mapo Tofu & Samgyeopsal Set" and the "Mapo Tofu & Beef Kalbi Set". The feature of these meals is the handmade Mapo Tofu, crafted daily using domestically sourced, high-quality soybeans called "Toyomasari". This Tofu boasts a mild sweetness and a delicate texture, providing a rich culinary experience.

The soup base for the Mapo Tofu is an original sundubu broth made from finely balanced bonito and pork stock. Infused with chilli paste, gochujang, and Szechuan peppercorns, it enhances the dish's flavorful depth with a spicy undertone that's both rich and moreish. Combining the boldness of grilled meat with the Mapo Tofu in a set meal presents a delightful option for food lovers.

Two Satisfying Versions of Grilled Meat

The two primary selections of grilled meat include "Crispy Samgyeopsal" and flavorsome "Beef Kalbi". Diners can enjoy the Samgyeopsal, beautifully grilled until crisp and fragrant and the juicy Beef Kalbi that bursts with umami at every bite. These grilled meats can be savored as they are or paired with accompanying vegetables and Korean seaweed for an enhanced dining experience. Moreover, diners can upgrade their rice to either a mini bibimbap or mini cold noodles (for an additional 220 yen tax included).
