Sonae, a prominent multinational corporation based in Portugal, has recently announced its impressive financial achievements for the year 2025. With a record revenue of €11.4 billion, the company has witnessed a robust growth of 14.2% compared to the previous year. In the health and beauty segment, Sonae commands significant market shares through Druni and Arenal in Spain while maintaining a strong presence with Wells in Portugal.

Additionally, in the electronics retail market, Sonae's Worten has established itself as the leading brand in Portugal and has extended its services to Spain and other countries through its repair services company, iServices.

Fashion retail also flourishes under Sonae's portfolio with Salsa, a brand specializing in denim and present in about fifty countries. The group further demonstrates its prowess in the pet products segment with Musti, which is well-recognized across the Nordic and Baltic regions.

Through its subsidiary, Sierra, Sonae operates on a global scale within the real estate sector, involving the design and management of shopping centers and various property developments, including offices and residential projects. Sierra's collaboration with Bankinter in managing ORES, which invests in real estate assets in the Iberian Peninsula, further underscores its expansive reach. Additionally, Sierra took a major step by acquiring the property management division of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, solidifying its position as the second-largest third-party shopping mall manager in Germany.

Moreover, Sonae invests in technology firms through its Bright Pixel subsidiary, focusing on strengthening the retail, telecommunications, and cybersecurity sectors. In the health and wellness domain, Sonae's Sparkfood unit delivers natural extracts and active ingredients aimed at humans, pets, and plants.
