FloWater Expands Leadership in Response to Growing Demand for Clean Water
FloWater, a leader in water purification, is stepping up to tackle the alarming issue of contaminated drinking water that affects nearly 27% of Americans. Recent government studies indicate a significant health risk associated with polluted water supplies, and FloWater is determined to remedy this problem. The Denver-based company specializes in Advanced Purification Refill Stations, which transform ordinary tap water into ultra-purified drinking water without the need for single-use plastic bottles.
In a strategic move, FloWater has appointed
Tina Swanson as the new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Her proven track record in driving growth and innovation, especially within sustainability-driven organizations, will come into play as FloWater enhances its national accounts team. Along with Tina, key new hires include
Jason Ferguson,
Ashlie Bell,
Allison Porter, and
Pedro Martinez, who will help expand FloWater's operations across the U.S.
Tina’s experience in previous roles, particularly at r.WORLD and Restaurant Technologies, positions her well to lead FloWater as they fulfill their mission.
“Tina's expertise and passion for making a difference will play a pivotal role as we accelerate our mission to transform hydration and scale our impact,” stated Rich Razgaitis, CEO and Co-Founder of FloWater.
Expanding National Accounts Team
The revamped national accounts team aims to serve a variety of sectors, including retail, hospitality, fitness, and educational institutions. As schools are feeling the pressure to provide safe drinking options and reduce sugary beverage consumption, Brooke Stafford, a FloWater Vice President, will now lead the Education sales team. This newfound focus on education reflects a growing trend among institutions to eliminate lead, heavy metals, and other toxins from water sources.
A Commitment to Sustainability and Health
Over the last three years, FloWater has experienced impressive double-digit revenue growth, fueled by their commitment to sustainability and health. The company announced a remarkable milestone of saving one billion plastic water bottles from entering landfills since its inception in 2013, solidifying itself as an industry leader in combating plastic waste.
With over 10,000 partners, including schools, hotels, and fitness centers, FloWater’s purification stations are quickly becoming vital in the quest for safe hydration. By deploying their
7x Advanced Purification Technology, FloWater ensures the removal of
99.9% of impurities from tap water, including harmful chemicals, microplastics, and toxins like lead and PFAS—commonly referred to as “forever chemicals.” The technology also enriches the water with essential minerals to enhance hydration and flavor.
Looking Ahead
FloWater is on an ambitious mission to provide widespread access to clean, high-quality water while reducing dependency on plastic. As Ms. Swanson has noted, “I am thrilled to be part of this team,” emphasizing the company's dedication to creating a healthier future.
With the expansion of their leadership team and sales force, FloWater is poised to take significant strides in its mission to ensure every individual has access to safe drinking water—whether at school, work, or home. With increasing national awareness of water quality issues, FloWater is set to lead the change in how we think about and access hydration. For more information on FloWater and its initiatives, visit
