The Craft Sake Tasting Event in Nagano
Tokyo will host a special event on May 31, 2025, dedicated to the rich flavors of Nagano's renowned sake and other craft beverages. This event, titled "THE CRAFT SAKE銘酒で乾杯~信州編~", aims to promote regional revitalization through the appreciation of local products under the guidance of Japan Digital Service (JDS).
Event Details
The Craft Sake tasting event is inspired by the satonoka project, aimed at spotlighting local products and their producers. This initiative also serves as a platform for presenting the original satonoka program, "THE CRAFT SAKE地域の銘酒を訪ねて", which focuses on discovering the distinct sake offerings from various regions, starting with Shinsu.
Attendees will have the opportunity to sample an array of beverages including sake, gin, whiskey, wine, and beer from some of the best producers in Nagano. Located at Shibuya Scramble Square, the event will feature interactions with the very artisans behind these fine beverages, providing a unique opportunity to learn more about their craft.
Schedule of Events
The event will be held in three separate sessions: 1 PM to 2:20 PM, 3:30 PM to 4:50 PM, and 6 PM to 7:20 PM. Each session will last 80 minutes and will require separate admission. Tickets are priced at 3,000 yen in advance and 3,500 yen at the door.

- - Oka no Ue Kou Nishi Winery: Showcasing red and white wines from 2023 vintages.
- - Oraho Beer: Featuring an array of craft beers including the Captain Crow Extra Pale Ale.
