BIM/CIM Conference 2026 Tokyo: A Step Forward in Construction Management



The Construction Price Investigation Association (Tokyo Headquarters: 11-8 Nihonbashi Odenmacho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Masanori Shirato) is set to host the BIM/CIM Conference 2026 in collaboration with the Civil User Association. This significant event will take place on June 5, 2026, from 13:30 to 16:45 at the Toshima Community Center, designed for individuals aspiring to engage with or promote BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CIM (Civil Information Modeling).

Purpose of the Conference


The conference arrives three years after the introduction of BIM/CIM's core principles in fiscal year 2023. Currently, there is a surge in explorations and implementations of BIM/CIM, particularly in the realm of maintenance and management. The aim of this seminar is to facilitate deeper insights into the future of BIM/CIM, bolstering the knowledge of attendees who are either directly involved or interested in these methodologies.

Attendees can expect a robust program including:

  • - Current trends in BIM/CIM cost estimation.
  • - Challenges in public-private partnerships, specifically in underground projects.
