To achieve this, the project encompasses a wide array of programs, including lectures, research studies, boot camps, and various exhibitions, both domestic and international. This multifaceted approach encourages criticism and dialogue, cultivating professionals who can contribute meaningfully to the contemporary art scene.

The collaboration with SIAF 2027 and BEAF aims to create a hands-on learning environment through curated exhibitions. The 2027-2028 exhibitions are set to inspire future talent and innovation.
Sapporo International Art Festival 2027 (SIAF 2027)
Scheduled from January 16 to February 21, 2027, SIAF 2027 will showcase art from around the globe, creating opportunities for discovery, learning, and participation. AT DAT, attendees can expect an exhibition focusing on Moerenuma Park as a conceptual venue.
Brooklyn Experimental Art Foundation (BEAF)
Established in 2024, BEAF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting cultural exchange through art and technology. In collaboration with DAT, BEAF plans to organize fieldwork and exhibitions in 2027.

Executive Director Profile
Masaki Fujihata, a pioneer of media art in Japan, has a rich history beginning from the 1980s with computer graphics, interactive art, and network-themed works. He has been instrumental in academia, contributing to the establishment of multiple educational institutions and earning numerous accolades for his work.
Fujihata's Comment: "This project targets the relativity of art and technology between East and West, engaging participants in conceptual construction and culminating in two exhibitions. The relationship between art and technology is evident; technology is essential for the embodiment of art. Media art stands at the forefront of restoring this balance, as technology permeates human intellect and creativity."
