On May 8 and 9, 2026, the city of Suzaka in Nagano will be the site of the exciting launch of SORGAM, a new food brand that champions clean eating without sacrificing fun. This initiative reflects the collaboration between Suzaka's Living Co., a company focused on revitalizing the region through sorghum farming, and P.O.S.T Studio, a creative studio aiming for a sustainable future through food.
