ZTE's Vision for Agentic AI at AI Innovation Asia 2025



On December 10, 2025, ZTE Corporation took the stage at the AI Innovation Asia 2025 event, hosted by Economist Impact. Cui Li, the Chief Development Officer of ZTE, addressed a panel titled "How May AI Help You? Agentic AI and the Customer Experience". In this engaging session, Cui outlined how ZTE is at the forefront of integrating agentic AI into their operations and customer experiences.

Cui Li elaborated on the strategic vision that ZTE holds regarding agentic AI. According to her, ZTE's aim is to redefine customer experiences by embedding agentic AI across four critical domains: networks, computing, homes, and personal devices. For instance, by leveraging advanced technologies such as the Nebula Telecom Large Model, big data analytics, and digital twins, ZTE is enabling autonomous networks that outperform existing systems. This collaboration with China Mobile has resulted in agents capable of detecting network issues and facilitating automated repairs, improving problem resolution times by 47%.
