Sroka, a veteran federal litigator, brings with him an impressive 25 years of experience gained from various federal government roles, including positions at the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Senate, and the National Science Foundation's Office of the Inspector General.

With his extensive background, Sroka is set to fortify the firm's capabilities in navigating complex government-related legal challenges. Schumer on the Senate Judiciary Committee, furnish him with a well-rounded perspective on legislative processes and high-stakes litigation.

Notably, Sroka’s journey began at Phillips Lytle nearly 30 years ago when he first joined as a Summer Associate. Now, he returns full circle to contribute to a firm nationally recognized for its legal excellence, supporting a diverse client base—from Fortune 100 companies to startups and individuals on critical matters affecting their businesses and personal wealth.

His qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English, magna cum laude, from Canisius University, where he is also the co-director of the Raichle Pre-Law Program.
