Key Objectives of the Program

The main objective of the program is to provide targeted training for both executives and DX implementers. The program is structured to ensure each group acquires relevant knowledge and skills that align with their organizational roles while fostering an integrated approach to driving DX throughout the entity. The dual-track approach includes:

1. Executive Training (Online): A series of three online sessions aimed at helping executives understand the necessity of DX and formulate a strategic direction for their companies.
2. In-Person Executive Workshops: Three face-to-face sessions where participants can analyze their current situations, discuss challenges, and refine their DX strategies and action plans through workshops.
3. Implementer Training (Online): An additional three online sessions that build upon the executives’ discourse, equipping implementers with necessary tools and insights necessary for executing DX strategies.
4. Curriculum Development: Each training session is intentionally designed to incrementally deepen participant understanding, culminating in actionable DX strategies tailored to their organizations.
5. Support for Deliverables: Guidance will be provided for each participating organization to formally produce their DX strategies or action plans.
6. Submission of Program Outcomes: All materials, including curriculums, session materials, and reports generated during the training, will be compiled and submitted as part of the program completion.

Seminar on Digitalization for Operational Efficiency

An essential component of this initiative includes hosting a seminar aimed at facilitating understanding of digitalization as a means for both operational efficiency and addressing labor shortages within Toyama Prefecture. During this seminar, pertinent aspects of digitalization methods, lessons learned from unsuccessful attempts, and appropriate strategies for different organizations will be presented.
