Beginning September 1, 2025, Konica Minolta Planetarium, managed by CEO Yumiko Hon, will implement price adjustments across its five directly operated venues located in Yurakucho, Ikebukuro, Oshiage, Yokohama, and Nagoya. This move comes in response to rising costs related to labor and materials while ensuring the continued provision of stable and quality services for our customers.

Why Are Prices Changing?

The decision to modify ticket prices is driven by the need to maintain an exceptional standard of service amidst financial pressures. With increased overhead costs, implementing a modest price change is essential to continue delivering a magical stargazing experience.

Details of the Price Adjustments

1. Ticket Purchase Fees: A fee of 200 yen will be applied to each ticket purchased at the venue counter.
2. Premium Seat Pricing: During peak periods such as weekends, holidays, and vacation seasons, prices for Premium Seats will increase by 200 yen. Notable exceptions apply to specific seats, such as the 'Galaxy Single Seat' in Planetarium TOKYO (Yurakucho), which will see a 100 yen increase, while the 'Shiba Seat' at Planetarium Manten (Ikebukuro) will not change in price.
