Celebrate a Year at Suwa Center

The Pal System Yamanashi-Nagano co-op is thrilled to announce its first anniversary event at the Suwa Center, an integral part of the community. On July 26, from 10 AM to 2 PM, members of the community are invited to this festive occasion that marks a significant milestone for the organization. The event will be held in Nagano Prefecture, specifically at the Suwa Center—located at Nakasu 4836, Suwa City.

About the Event

As the first distribution hub in Nagano Prefecture, the Suwa Center will open its doors to showcase its operations and express gratitude to the local community. The event aims to enhance the understanding of the cooperative's activities while providing a friendly environment for community interaction.

If you’re curious about the unique products available through Pal System's delivery services, you won’t want to miss the tasting and sampling sections. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of original products, including delicious meals and special treats.

A star of the event will be the beloved character, Konsen-kun, the truck mascot known throughout the region. Families can look forward to fun photo opportunities with Konsen-kun, making it an exciting day for children and adults alike.

The festival will feature:

• - Tastings and Sampling: Experience the flavors of various original dishes, provided by local vendors such as Nichirei Foods, Palmeet, and others. Expect items like creamy gratin, green onion buns, and flavorful yakisoba.
• - Cooking Demonstration: Witness live cooking displays using Pal System's meal kits, which showcase convenient and creative cooking ideas.
• - Interactive Zones: Participate in engaging activities, including the chance to meet Konsen-kun and other fun corners designed for children.

• - Capacity: 300 attendees (entries may be randomly selected if spots fill up)

The Suwa Center opened on July 1, 2024, and since its inception, it has played a pivotal role in logistics for surrounding cities, including Chino, Shiojiri, and Matsumoto, contributing to local employment and providing essential services for grocery shopping.
