Antonio Filosa Unveils New Leadership Team for Stellantis
On June 23, 2025, Antonio Filosa officially stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis N.V., marking the occasion with the announcement of a revamped leadership team. This new team is designed to harness the global expertise and regional strengths of Stellantis, a testament to Filosa's vision for the company’s future.
Filosa remarked, “It is my great privilege to take the lead of Stellantis, a global company with deep regional roots.” He highlighted the exceptional talent within Stellantis, emphasizing the commitment to their loyal customers and the powerful stories behind the iconic brands.
Alongside the organizational changes announced earlier this year, the new leadership structure will support product decisions that are closely aligned with the regions, ensuring that Stellantis can address its customers' desires effectively. Filosa stated, “The leaders I am announcing today embody the best of Stellantis. The Stellantis Leadership Team (SLT) consists of prominent figures who represent diverse aspects of the business:

- - Doug Ostermann, the new Chief Financial Officer, will oversee mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- - Jean-Philippe Imparato continues his role as head of Enlarged Europe and now adds Maserati to his portfolio.
- - Emanuele Cappellano takes charge of South America, alongside management of Stellantis’ commercial vehicles business.
- - Philippe de Rovira leads the Rest of World segment, maintaining oversight of Stellantis Financial Services.
- - Davide Mele is appointed as the leader of Product Planning.
- - Ned Curic stays at the helm of Product Development and Technology.
- - Sébastien Jacquet, now overseeing Quality, joins the SLT.
- - Monica Genovese is appointed in charge of Purchasing.
- - Scott Thiele assumes a newly created position overseeing Supply Chain, consolidating activities previously spread across Planning and Manufacturing.
