IIFES 2025: Shaping the Future of Manufacturing
The official website for
IIFES 2025, taking place from
November 19 to 21, 2025, at
Tokyo Big Sight, has officially launched. This biennial event is a notable convergence of Japan's largest automation exhibition,
System Control Fair (SCF), and the eminent measurement technology exhibit,
Measurement Fair TOKYO, which together formed IIFES in 2019. This will be the fourth iteration of the event, which promises an engaging three-day experience focused on innovative manufacturing technologies.
As of
September 17, advance registration for the seminars has commenced alongside the website launch, inviting industry professionals and enthusiasts to explore the cutting-edge of manufacturing.
Event Concept and Theme
The guiding theme of
IIFES 2025 is highlighted as
“The Gathering of Future Manufacturing: Innovation, Collaboration, and Co-creation.” In a global landscape where Japan's manufacturing edge faces challenges, overcoming innovation dilemmas necessitates collaboration across various sectors, including academia, industry, and government. IIFES has historically served as a platform for innovation in Japanese manufacturing, advocating for joint efforts in shaping the future of creation. The event aspires to pull together diverse exhibitors to spearhead the advancement of manufacturing technology and, by extension, the future of Japan itself.
IIFES 2025 will only be held in-person, and we encourage you to sign up for both attendance and seminars to secure your presence at Tokyo Big Sight. The event anticipates around
50,000 attendees, a significant increase from the previous record of
42,484 participants.
