Celebrate Life and Memories: CPK's Day of the Dead Special Oferings

California Pizza Kitchen (CPK), the premium pizza dining brand that originated from Los Angeles, is set to celebrate Mexico's Day of the Dead with a unique menu campaign starting from October 14 through November 30, 2025. This annual festival, celebrated on November 1 and 2, honors the lives and memories of those who have passed away. Similar to the Obon festival in Japan, it’s a time for families to welcome back the spirits of their loved ones while celebrating life.

In collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico, CPK's special campaign features a selection of three dishes crafted under the supervision of a chef who specializes in Mexican cuisine. The spotlight dish is the Birria Pizza. This innovative offering adapts the traditional Mexican dish, birria, by using slow-cooked beef as the main topping. The pizza is skillfully roasted, bringing out gourmet flavors that are both spicy and aromatic, topped with melting cheese, red onions, and a dollop of sour cream for a delightful twist.

To complement this mouth-watering pizza, CPK will also offer a refreshing non-alcoholic drink – the Virgin Strawberry Margarita, which blends the sweet and tangy taste of fresh strawberries with the zesty zing of lime. For those looking for an alcoholic option, the Paloma awaits; this classic Mexican cocktail offers a distinct balance of tangy grapefruit and a hint of salt, promising a classic and refreshing experience.

All the items will be served with vibrant and cute presentations that capture the festive spirit of the occasion.
