This culinary experience will run from July 4 to July 6, 2025, at all Kamimura Farm locations across Japan, specifically at KAMIMURA BAR. This initiative aims to allow more customers to indulge in the exquisite taste of this premium pork category now available at Kamimura. What is Melty Pork?

The star of the show, Inoue's Premium Pork, features the distinct "Melty Pork" bred in the lush environments of Kyushu, particularly in Kagoshima and Miyazaki. This high-quality pork boasts more than double the flavor-enhancing glutamic acid found in standard Japanese pork. Customers can expect a luscious sweetness from the fat as it melts in your mouth, combined with a tender and moist texture. These pigs are raised with a focus on health through specialized feed and strict management, elevating the roast pork to an entirely new level of deliciousness.
