JTB Corporation has once again made a mark by achieving the highest rank of Gold in the PRIDE Index 2025, a measurement standard established by the organization "work with Pride". This recognition marks the second consecutive year that JTB has received this honor, following their initial application in 2024.

The JTB Group champions a DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging) statement that states, "Turning Differences into Value, Connecting the World."
