Kingston previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Advocate Health, where she led nursing operations and strategy. She is well-recognized for her leadership roles, including her tenure on the board of trustees for the American Hospital Association and her chairmanship of the Hospitals Against Violence Advisory Board. Presently, Kingston holds board positions at Providence Saint Joseph's Health and Main Line Health. In 2020, she was named a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing.
