About the Speakers

Yusuke Sugamori (CTO, Marui Unite)

Sugamori has an extensive background in engineering and design, having co-founded companies such as Gunosy and READYFOR during his student days. After completing his graduate studies, he worked at Dentsu overseeing digital creative projects and later joined Google in New York. He was a co-founder of a medical AI startup, managing development and technical strategies as CTO, and has also served as a lecturer at the University of Tokyo, teaching deep learning. He joined Marui Unite as CTO in April 2025, focusing on technological strategies and organizational design.

Miwa Takahashi (Corporate Leader, Marui Unite)

Takahashi joined the Marui Group in 2007, where she gained experience in sales, buying, and store production. After roles in the human resources and credit planning departments at Epso Card, she participated in launching Marui Unite. Since its establishment in September 2024, she has concentrated on supporting the internalization of the development organization, particularly in engineer recruitment and hiring communications.

About the In-House Development Summit

Targeted at personnel who promote internal development, this event aims to share insights and approaches to address challenges faced in realizing internal development within large corporations.
