The interior design incorporates solid natural materials like wood, stone, and linen, creating a modern yet comforting atmosphere. Since moving to Hawaii in 2021, he has taken roles at natuRe Waikiki and as head chef of ZIGU. At Botanico Waikiki, he aims to fuse French and Japanese techniques with Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, offering a unique dining experience that pays homage to ingredients and tradition while embracing innovative concepts.

Master Sommelier Roberto Viérnes, one of only 279 in the world, oversees Botanico's wine program. Guests can choose from around 60 carefully selected wines focusing primarily on Italian and California varieties, available at reasonable prices.
