PuroClean Cares National Superhero Day Campaign Celebrates Local Heroes Across the Nation

PuroClean Cares National Superhero Day Campaign

PuroClean, a frontrunner in restoration and remediation services nationwide, is celebrating its recent campaign, PuroClean Cares National Superhero Day. This initiative highlights the remarkable contributions of local heroes throughout communities across the United States. Coinciding with National Superhero Day on April 28, PuroClean Franchise Owners teamed up with various local organizations to nominate dedicated individuals who have made a significant positive impact. From first responders to teachers, and volunteers to everyday citizens, these honorees embody the spirit of community service that PuroClean strives to uphold.

The heart of the campaign lies in acknowledging those who work tirelessly, often without recognition, to uplift their neighborhoods. PuroClean’s President and COO, Steve White, emphasized the importance of honoring these real-life heroes, stating, "National Superhero Day is about honoring the real-life heroes who consistently, but all too often quietly, uplift their local communities."

This year, over a dozen PuroClean locations participated in recognizing individuals who exemplify selflessness and commitment. Some standout stories include:

  • - Harrison Smith, honored by Caroline Bonnen from PuroClean in Greenlawn, NY, for his relentless fight against food insecurity and disaster relief coordination.
  • - Joe Matuscak, recognized by Trey and Janice Bell from PuroClean in Elyria, OH, for his impactful contributions to mental health services.
  • - Clifford Opelt, honored by Avi Sohal of PuroClean in Gilbert, PA, for his dedication to the local volunteer fire department.
  • - Larry Reitzer, celebrated by Gregory and Kimberly Arianoff of PuroClean in Hilo, HI, for providing theatre education to at-risk youth.
  • - Maurice Leary, recognized by Craig and Jenny Hawkins from PuroClean in Woodinville, WA, for his efforts in enriching the lives of children in the community.
  • - Philip Meltzer, honored by Gianni Cortes at PuroClean in New Port Richey, FL, for ensuring environmental safety in local businesses.
