In a significant move for The Hershey Company, Tiffany Menyhart has been appointed as the Chief Customer Officer, effective March 17, 2025. With three decades of experience in sales and consumer packaged goods (CPG), Menyhart is no stranger to the confectionery business, having spent the last 15 years specifically in this sector.
Menyhart's career has been marked by her remarkable tenure at Kraft Heinz, where she established a reputation for driving profitable growth, implementing transformational changes, and nurturing valuable relationships with retail partners. This wealth of experience uniquely positions her to lead Hershey's U.S. Confection sales team, aiming to elevate the company as a powerhouse in snacking.
