The much-anticipated NAGASE Cup 2026, sponsored by Nagase Industrial Co., Ltd., is set to take place in just one month on September 21 and 22, 2026. This inclusive athletics event is designed to bring together athletes from all backgrounds, featuring elite races with world-class talent as well as a variety of engaging activities for spectators.

Elite Race Highlights



Among the notable participants in the elite races are renowned athletes such as Shota Iizuka, Daiki Yanagida, and Ryota Yamagata, who will compete in the 100m event. Also, Kazuyoshi Tamogami will be racing in the 800m, while Yuki Iwata and Nobuya Wada, both accomplished para-athletes, will showcase their talents in the 1500m.

The elite race lineup promises an exciting adrenaline-fueled experience, spotlighting athletes who have excelled in their sport, including some who have competed in Olympic games and other prestigious international competitions.

Inclusive Experiences for All



Not only will attendees have the chance to watch thrilling races, but they will also be able to participate in various engaging activities. Spectators can enjoy interactions with special guests and try their hands at several experience zones that highlight what it's like to be a para-athlete.

Activities include a stamp rally promoting inclusivity in sports, as well as hands-on experiences featuring prosthetic legs, wheelchairs, and blindfold challenges. These activities, organized with the support of Shibuya Ward, aim to bring the community together, allowing everyone to appreciate and understand the capabilities of all athletes.

Fun for Families



The event is designed to be family-friendly, featuring engaging activities for children, such as the Yume Sport 50-50 Kids Challenge, where kids can undergo sports aptitude tests, and a chance to win an original cookie from the event. Additionally, a unique Giant Gacha will be present, offering ample entertainment for younger visitors.
