In a significant shift, the 2025 Social Health Awards will only accept self-entries. Health leaders aged 18 and older from all medical conditions are invited to showcase their achievements starting today, July 14, 2025, at SocialHealthAwards.com. The submission window will remain open until 11:59 PM ET on August 1, 2025.

The selection process will involve a meticulous and fair evaluation by a diverse panel, composed of dedicated community managers, experienced patient leaders, and industry experts. On August 19, 2025, five finalists from each category will be revealed, followed by a final round of peer and industry judging, culminating in a virtual awards ceremony set for September 12, 2025.
