Understanding the Best Practices Designation

The Best Practices designation is granted to agencies participating in the rigorous Best Practices Study, which investigates and documents the operational methodologies of the industry's top-performing insurance agencies. This year, a total of 1,146 independent insurance agencies were nominated, with only 348 receiving the coveted Best Practices designation based on high evaluations of their business practices.

Agencies must rank among the top 35 to 45 in their revenue category to secure the Best Practices accolade.
