Colton Bucey comes to Branford Castle after a successful tenure as an investment banking associate at BDA Partners, which is affiliated with William Blair. His focus primarily encompassed mergers and acquisitions across diverse sectors. His career began at Grant Thornton, where he honed his skills in the Assurance and Strategy Transactions groups. Bucey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and proudly carries the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Similarly, Kian Paymayesh joins the team from Cross Keys Capital, where he served as a Senior Analyst, advising middle-market founder-owned companies on various aspects such as mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and capital raising. His expertise spans across the industrial, healthcare, and financial sectors. Kian also began his career at PwC, specifically in the Financial Due Diligence group. He possesses both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
