Leadership Team

The firm is further strengthened by having Christian Reber as a strategic advisor. Reber brings over 30 years of expertise in financial services, having most recently led the global and European commercial insurance and reinsurance division at Boston Consulting Group.

Alejandro Przygoda's Journey

Before founding Przygoda & Co., Alejandro G. Przygoda held various senior investment banking roles during his tenure at Jefferies from 2021 to 2025, including co-head of global investment banking and global head of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG). His professional background spans 18 years at Credit Suisse where he spent the last decade as the global head of FIG. Przygoda began his investment banking career in 1995 at CS First Boston in New York and has held senior positions at Greenhill and UBS. Notably, he was also the Chief Financial Officer of the Argentine subsidiary of General Re between 1990 and 1993.

Alejandro earned his MBA from The Wharton School of Business, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar with honors. His academic achievements are complemented by a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a CPA designation in Argentina. Additionally, he frequently guest-lectures at Wharton on topics related to active defense, mergers, and acquisitions, and serves on the board of the Collegiate School in New York.
