Streamlining Projects with Suit UP
The Japanese company Suits Inc., located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is excited to announce their new task and project management tool, Suit UP. Following the release of the alpha version in September 2023 and the beta version in April 2024, they're currently seeking feedback from M&A brokerage companies through a free monitoring program.
About the Free Monitoring Program
From June 6 to June 13, 2025, M&A brokerage firms that wish to use Suit UP for project management can apply to become free monitoring participants. Specifically, they are looking for three companies that will utilize Suit UP to manage their M&A projects. In return for participating in this program, firms can get their monthly fees waived until September 2025, regardless of the number of users registered in their workspace.
Participants in the program will be asked for feedback on Suit UP’s usability and feature requests through email or their preferred chat tool. Additionally, they’ll engage in online meetings every two months, lasting around 30 minutes, to discuss their experiences and suggestions.
Simplified Task Management
Suit UP promises to make team task and project management straightforward for everyone involved. By incorporating a spreadsheet-like interface, the tool visually represents tasks ensuring that nothing is overlooked and deadlines are met. This ensures operational efficiency and significantly reduces costs for businesses.
With both basic functions in task management and innovative features not found in traditional spreadsheet applications—like task templates, deadline notifications, and standard tasks—Suit UP allows even non-tech-savvy users to manage their projects seamlessly.
For companies with under 10 users, a starter plan is available at a reduced cost of 500 yen per person (tax excluded), while the standard plan is priced at 1,080 yen for every user in an organization. Furthermore, a special campaign waiving initial costs is running until June 30, 2025.
