From September 25 to October 26, 2025, Tokyo's Skytree Town will be the venue for a delightful event as the Gaopawaru Omurice Café opens its doors! This limited-time pop-up is presented by LTR, a subsidiary of CL Holdings, and aims to create a dreamlike experience for fans of the adorable character, Gaopawaru.

About Gaopawaru

Gaopawaru debuted in 2022, a collaborative creation between Sanrio and CHOCOLATE Inc. The character, a power-packed dinosaur from Omuraisu Island, quickly gained popularity, securing the 19th spot in the 2025 Sanrio Character Awards within just three years of entry. This whimsical creature has captivated audiences on social media platforms, thanks to its charming antics and colorful design.

Café Concept and Offerings

The café will feature a menu focused on delectable omurice dishes, including a variety of creative and photogenic meals that fans won’t want to miss. Here’s a taste of what’s in store:

- Powerful Omurice Dish: The star of the menu is the delightful “Hyoitto♪ Poweruru Omurice”, featuring Gaopawaru’s cute face peeking out from a mound of fluffy rice, complemented by soup and salad, priced at 1,690 yen.
- Baked Omurice Delight: Try the “Gaho! Omu-doria”, where Gaopawaru breathes fire to finish off a delicious baked omurice, also priced at 1,690 yen.
- Omuburger Surprise: A fun twist awaits with the “Omu-ba Gah-oh!”, a Gaopawaru-shaped burger served with fries at 1,590 yen.

For dessert, indulge in the “Tsunotsuno Long Parfait”, inspired by the character's signature long horns, or the “Omu-board à La Mode” with a banana-flavored mousse—both priced at 1,490 yen. Refreshing drinks such as “Omu! Omu! Shake” and unique cream sodas will also feature on the menu, priced at 890 yen each.

Moreover, visitors can keep an eye out for exclusive merchandise, including original cafe goods inspired by the adorable character art.

Event Details

The café will be located at BOX cafe & space in Tokyo Solamachi. Reservations are set to begin on September 1, 2025. An advance payment of 600 yen (including tax) is required, which will not only secure a spot but also includes a special gift: an A5 clear file.
