• - Admission: Free (The event will proceed in light rain; however, it may be canceled in severe weather)
• - Participant Limit: 3,000 attendees (If oversubscribed, entry will be determined by lottery)
• - Application Period: September 3 (Wed) to September 24 (Wed)
