GEMSTONE Solid-State Battery
The GEMSTONE battery marks a historic milestone for Gotion, having completed a pilot production line capable of 0.2 GWh with an impressive yield rate of 90%. This 2025 iteration showcases a remarkable 60% improvement in ionic conductivity of the sulfide electrolyte, alongside a 150% increase in cell capacity. Furthermore, it boasts a 90% reduction in the pressure of stacking pretension, enhancing its overall performance.
To ensure safety, rigorous testing has been conducted, including nail penetration tests, crush tests, and thermal stability assessments. Notably, road testing has already been initiated, affirming the battery’s capabilities in real-world conditions.
G-Yuan Quasi-Solid Battery
Another noteworthy product unveiled was the G-Yuan quasi-solid battery, which provides an astonishing range of over 1,000 kilometers for electric vehicles. With an energy density of 300 Wh/kg, this battery utilizes an innovative patented solid-solid adaptive interface technology, ensuring stable ion transport and outstanding safety. Preliminary tests have confirmed its resilience, surviving puncture tests with a 3mm steel nail. A production line for 12 GWh capacity is currently under construction, with prototypes already exceeding 10,000 kilometers in road tests.
Series G Battery
Designed for heavy-duty trucks, the Series G battery features a unique 116 kWh single package, offering ultrafast charging capabilities at the megawatt level. This standard-setting battery showcases an energy density of 175 Wh/kg, catering to diverse temperature conditions ranging from -40 °C to 65 °C. With a pioneering zero-decomposition technology, it promises zero decomposition in the first 3,000 cycles, delivering remarkable endurance of 1.2 million kilometers while retaining efficiency throughout 12 years or 10,000 cycles.
Grid Q 20 MWh Energy Storage System
The Grid Q system, boasting a world-leading capacity of 20 MWh, is equipped with hybrid cooling and artificial intelligence for optimal operation and maintenance. Designed for a lifespan of 25 years, its modular design maximizes space efficiency while ensuring outstanding thermal management. The system's advanced seven-level safety protection framework enhances its reliability under extreme conditions.
Astroinno Gen-2 Battery
Gotion also introduced the Astroinno Gen-2 battery, recognized as the world's first LMFP (Lithium Manganese Iron Phosphate) battery capable of ultrafast charging, achieving full charge in just 10 minutes. With an energy density of 240 Wh/kg, its capacity retention remains high at 93% in cold temperatures as low as -20 °C. This battery meets autonomy requirements of 850 kilometers for traditional battery electric vehicles and over 1,500 kilometers for range-extended electric vehicles (REEVs).
Axtrem AI Agent
Finally, Gotion welcomed the Axtrem AI agent, a revolutionary tool poised to transform battery manufacturing.
