Colive Fukuoka 2025, a pioneering initiative aimed at attracting digital nomads from across the globe. Launched by
Yugyo Inc., in collaboration with Fukuoka City, this event runs from
October 1st to October 10th, 2025, and will include the main highlight, the
Colive Fukuoka Summit on
October 2nd and 3rd. This summit is poised to showcase insights from renowned speakers who embody the digital nomad spirit in today’s AI-driven world.
This year’s
Colive Fukuoka Summit aims to unite solo entrepreneurs, international startups, investors, freelancers, and influencers in an innovative exploration of lifestyle and work practices influenced by AI. The goal? To position Fukuoka as Asia's leading hub for entrepreneurs and digital nomads.
Currently,
Colive Fukuoka 2025 has seen impressive engagement, with over
800 participants registered from approximately 50 countries and regions. The summit will feature more than
50 speakers throughout the main event week, alongside over
100 collaborative events, greatly expanding from last year's gatherings. This initiative is not just about business; it’s redefining the concept of the
digital nomad as a
traveling entrepreneur, spurring unique networking opportunities for those involved.
A Hub for Change
Fukuoka has long been at the forefront of innovation, having issued Japan's first
Startup Visa in 2019, and now stands as a beacon for
digital nomads with its new program,
Colive Fukuoka. The 2023 edition drew participation from
436 individuals across 45 countries, generating significant local economic impact of around
1.1 billion yen. More than
30% of last year's participants were entrepreneurs, indicating the program's appeal among innovators seeking collaboration and growth.
