ISFnet Launches Global Partner Project to Support APAC IT Businesses

ISFnet Launches the Global Partner Project in APAC

ISFnet Co., Ltd., headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, proudly announces the launch of its Global Partner Project starting January 2026. This initiative aims to facilitate IT businesses from Western countries in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC) including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Australia. Through collaboration with local system integrators (SIers) and Japanese IT companies, ISFnet will provide comprehensive IT support services to streamline operations within these countries.

Objectives of the Global Partner Project

In an era where technological collaboration is essential, the Global Partner Project seeks to assist European and American IT firms in designing, constructing, maintaining, and operating their IT systems in APAC. The project addresses challenges arising from differing communication styles and business practices between Western companies and local engineers. By utilizing the expertise of engineers from Japan and South Korea alongside local technical partners, ISFnet aims to mitigate business risks traditionally associated with outsourcing IT services to individual local entities.

The undertaking is ambitious; ISFnet plans to assist 30 companies by 2026 and aims to expand this number to 200 by 2030. This growth will be supported by ISFnet's established footprint in the region, including offices in China, South Korea, and Singapore, in addition to Japan.

Strengthening IT Operations Across Borders

ISFnet is well equipped for this project. With a robust workforce of approximately 2,300 engineers—over 250 of whom are multilingual—the company is set to provide not only on-site but also remote IT support. This team will offer services in multiple languages including Japanese, Korean, English, and Chinese, catering specifically to the needs of Western clients entering the APAC market.

The Global Partner Project was conceived in response to an increasing demand from Western enterprises seeking IT support in the region. By offering multilingual and multi-national assistance, ISFnet enables these companies to establish and maintain smooth communication with their headquarters while developing their IT systems. This initiative is in alignment with ISFnet’s Kizuna Global Project, which aims to enhance collaboration with Japanese IT service providers and major telecommunications carriers worldwide.

Looking Ahead: A Commitment to Excellence

As part of its ongoing efforts, ISFnet will participate in significant events such as the Singapore FinTech Festival in November 2025 to build stronger partnerships with Western companies and local SIers. Furthermore, the company envisions participating in other global exhibitions, such as the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas and the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, by the year 2030.

With plans to cultivate a talent pool of over 600 bilingual engineers by 2030, ISFnet is poised to fortify its global IT infrastructure support system. The ultimate goal remains clear: to foster a network of trust that transcends language and borders, aligning perfectly with the ethos of the Kizuna Global Project.
