What is Mugen Kushi?

The 'Mugen Kushi', translating to 'Unlimited Skewers', was launched on April 24, 2025, with the intention of reviving the essence of a traditional public tavern. Priced at an unbeatable 50 yen (tax included 55 yen) per skewer, this delectable new offering was designed for enjoyment without worrying about cost. Kushi Katsu Tanaka aimed to bring customers an experience of indulgence and satisfaction, encouraging them to savor the unique flavors that characterize this series.

The Mugen Kushi Series

1. Mugen Garlic Hormone Kushi (Now Discontinued)
Regrettably, the inaugural 'Mugen Kushi', known as the Garlic Hormone Skewers, was retired on December 31, after a successful run where it sold approximately 14 million skewers. Customers were enamored by the potent garlic soy sauce that offered an addictive quality, leading to its legendary status as a fan favorite. Though it has since ended, the spirit of this delightful skewer lives on through its successors.

2. Mugen Dote Miso Hormone Kushi
Starting from January 2026, Kushi Katsu Tanaka introduced its heavily rich Dote Miso Hormone Skewer.
