Huawei Unveils Fully Updated AI-Centric Intelligent Network for Industry Transformation

Huawei's Revolutionary Xinghe Intelligent Network

In a notable event during HUAWEI CONNECT 2025, Huawei held an innovation summit focusing on data communication, presenting the Xinghe Intelligent Network. This sophisticated network solution epitomizes Huawei's commitment to leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) for transformative business changes. Leon Wang, President of Huawei's Data Communication Product Line, highlighted the network’s three-layered architecture comprising an AI-centric brain, AI-driven connectivity, and intelligent devices designed to fully integrate AI into networking solutions.

The Xinghe Intelligent Network aims to address three pivotal demands brought on by rapid AI advancements: the efficient release of computing power, assurance of superior service experiences, and robust defenses against unknown threats. This state-of-the-art system supports four core solutions: Xinghe AI Campus, Xinghe Intelligent WAN, Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0, and Xinghe AI Network Security, each strategically crafted to drive intelligent transformation across various sectors.

Key Features of Xinghe Intelligent Network

1. Xinghe AI Campus

This feature extends security from the digital landscape into the physical realm, creating campuses fortified with comprehensive security. Huawei's innovations, such as Wi-Fi Shield and Unauthorized Access Prevention, provide essential defenses for both the air interface and endpoint access. Noteworthy is the introduction of a groundbreaking wireless access point (AP) capable of detecting hidden cameras, protecting corporate secrets and personal privacy around the clock. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi sensing technology identifies minute movements, enhancing security in critical areas like executive offices and R&D labs by ensuring seamless coverage.

2. Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0

This element empowers all-purpose and AI computing with intelligent security, effectively unleashing available computing resources. In all-purpose computing scenarios, the integration of switches and security devices significantly reduces new service deployment time from 7 days to just 5 minutes. The system can monitor over 200,000 services in real time, enabling swift error detection. In AI computing environments, Huawei’s proprietary technology optimizes GPU usage between training and inference tasks, achieving 100% resource utilization and a 10% increase in inference performance. Their innovative four-level architecture supports up to 100,000 GPUs, cutting costs by 40% compared to traditional designs.

3. Xinghe Intelligent WAN

The Intelligent WAN component delivers robust integrated computing network services, offering businesses on-demand computing power. It features intelligent private line services available in basic and pro tiers, employing lossless algorithms to ensure loss-free data transmission across significant distances with under 5% computation loss while maintaining sensitive data in-house. This approach not only decreases initial investments but also supports elastic scaling, ensuring secure data handling and efficient computing utilization.

4. Xinghe AI Network Security

Focusing on a “AI vs. AI” strategy, this feature establishes a zero-trust security foundation applicable across all scenarios. By training extensive AI security models on large datasets from over 100 global cloud points, Huawei achieves a remarkable 95% detection rate for unknown threats. Integrated into local firewalls, these AI models, combined with advanced emulation engines, enable rapid detection and neutralization of threats in real-time.

5. Huawei NetMaster

The autonomous operation and maintenance network agent, NetMaster, ensures uninterrupted connectivity and precise tracking of AP locations and environmental interferences. It can diagnose common Wi-Fi issues, automatically rectifying 80% of radio disturbances by providing optimal coverage and load solutions.

Collaboration and Future Endeavors

During the summit, Huawei shared successful collaborations with prestigious institutions such as Tsinghua University and the University of Queensland, as well as partnerships with influential organizations like Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau and China Pacific Insurance. These partnerships exemplify the global digital shift towards intelligent transformation across various sectors including education, finance, and utilities.

Huawei continues to uphold its philosophy of “AI for All, Everything on IP,” promising to innovate further within the Xinghe network product line while collaborating with global clients and partners to develop AI-centric solutions in the intelligent era.
