Celebrate Summer at Mango Tree Café
The warmth of summer is upon us, marking a time for festivals and enjoyment. Starting from July 2, 2025, Mango Tree Café, a casual dining spot known for its authentic Thai cuisine, will host its Summer Festival, inviting guests to indulge in delightful seasonal offerings.
A Taste of Thailand in the Heart of Japan
Located conveniently in commercial centers directly connected to train stations, Mango Tree Café provides a perfect escape from the summer heat or rainy days. The festival will showcase a selection of refreshing drinks and a newly introduced dish,
Tomato Gapao, designed to please the palate during the summer months.
Refreshing Beverages to Chill Out
As part of the Summer Festival, three new drink creations will make their debut:
1.
Bangkok Mint: A rich Thai milk tea topped with refreshing chocolate mint ice cream.
2.
Blue Coco: A calming herbal tea made from the natural blue butterfly pea flower, served with coconut milk and complemented by a pinch of savory salt milk ice cream.
3.
Mango Tea Soda: A delightful black tea soda combined with mango ice, offering a light and refreshing taste perfect for any time of day.
These cooling beverages can be enjoyed with spicy Thai dishes as well, ensuring a complete culinary experience.
Introducing the Summer Special: Tomato Gapao
The festival’s highlight is the
Tomato Gapao, featuring chicken and mini tomatoes sautéed with garlic, chili, and a special Gapao sauce made with tomato paste. This dish balances spiciness with the tangy freshness of tomatoes, delivering a refreshing meal that embodies the essence of summer.
