This 2025 ESG Report outlines significant progress achieved in enhancing governance, leveraging AI technology, and maintaining a low carbon footprint.

Key Highlights from the 2025 ESG Report



APsystems has upgraded its ESG governance framework into a comprehensive four-level structure that establishes a closed-loop decision-making and oversight mechanism. The company has identified 19 fundamental ESG topics for 2025, with digital transformation recognized as a new priority. Furthermore, enhancements have been made in business ethics, internal controls, and compliance through regular training and comprehensive risk management. As a result, APsystems has garnered several ESG awards, including "Model Sustainable Development Enterprise" and "ESG Model Listed Company."

Environmental Achievements



In compliance with IFRS S2 standards, APsystems conducted climate scenario assessments and established standardized greenhouse gas emission management protocols. All contracted manufacturers hold ISO 14001 certification. Cumulatively, the company shipped over 7.5 GW of Module-Level Power Electronics (MLPE) solutions to 168 countries, which has contributed to the generation of nearly 9.5 TWh of clean energy and avoided approximately 12 million tonnes of CO₂ emissions. R&D continues to be a top priority, with over 50% of APsystems’ workforce engaged in R&D, holding more than 230 intellectual property rights, including over 100 invention patents.

Among its flagship projects are the 25 MW Nanjing International Expo Center (the largest microinverter facility in China) and a 100 MW/400 MWh energy storage facility in Shenzhou, China.
